1. ELIGIBILITY
The Good Son $5,000 Scholarship Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and representatives of Good Son (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate family or household members of such individuals are not eligible to enter.

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM EST on August 12, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on September 30, 2025 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible. The Winner will be announced on September 30, 2025.

3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, participants must:

• Follow @goodsonnyc on Instagram.
• Sign up for email and SMS marketing via the entry form at: https://goodsonnyc.com/pages/hbcu-tour-giveaway
• Optional: Sign up in person at a participating HBCU tour stop during the Giveaway Period
  • HBCU Tour Locations and Dates:
    • Howard University on Wednesday, August 13th 2025.
    • Florida A&M on Friday, August 22nd 2025.
    • Bowie State University on Thursday, August 28th 2025.
    • Morgan State University on Friday, August 29th 2025.
    • Alabama A&M on Friday, September 12th 2025.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

4. AWARD DETAILS
One (1) Winner will receive either:

• A $5,000 Scholarship paid directly to an accredited college or university on behalf of the Winner; OR,
• A $5,000 cash equivalent award provided directly to the Winner (Sponsor’s choice based on eligibility and compliance).

The award is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with acceptance and use of the award.

5. WINNER SELECTION
The Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on or about September 30, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
The potential Winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) days after the drawing. To claim the award, the Winner must complete and return the Declaration of Compliance and Release within seven (7) days of notification.

If the Winner:
- Fails to respond within the required timeframe,
- Does not meet eligibility requirements, or
- Fails to provide necessary documentation or information,

then the Sponsor reserves the right to withhold the award and select an alternate Winner.

7. DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY
By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information (including name, email, phone number, and social media handle) by Good Son for the purpose of administering this Giveaway and for marketing upcoming Good Son events, product launches, and promotions.

Your data will be stored and processed using Klaviyo for marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time without affecting your Giveaway eligibility. 8. PUBLICITY
By entering, you grant Sponsor the right to use your name, city of residence, and likeness in any media, worldwide, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising from participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the award.
