SHIPPING

We recommend shipping the package to a secure location with someone available to retrieve it. Good Son NYC is not responsible for stolen packages. There is no option for Good Son NYC to relay specific messages or instructions to the parcel carrier once a package has shipped.

If your package is marked as "Delivered" or shows a final scan, we are unable to file lost in transit claims or offer refunds. We recommend contacting the parcel carrier regarding your package and refund.

Shipments ship via FedEx or USPS Priority with a delivery time of 5-10 business days. APO/FPO and military boxes ship via USPS Priority.

If your package is $120+, you receive free shipping. This will be the default shipping method on such orders. If you choose to pay for shipping on an order over $120 shipped in the 50 United States by selecting the $15 shipping option during the checkout process, it will not be delivered any faster and we cannot refund your money.

Orders ship from zip code 23452. Refunds of shipping cannot be made once a package has shipped via the selected shipment method. We are not shipping internationally at this time.
